Job Overview:
We are seeking a UK Course Administrator to manage the booking and logistics for our UK-based courses and events. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, liaising with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer bookings for open and company-specific courses, updating records in our internal systems.
- Generate and analyze reports related to course performance.
- Handle client inquiries regarding courses and events in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate venue bookings and source new locations as needed.
- Maintain accurate filing of course-related correspondence and client data.
- Assist consultants with administrative tasks when required.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure successful course delivery.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with Pardot, SharePoint, and bespoke CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
