We are currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Services Administrator to join the team. In this key role, you will assist in the management of third-party suppliers, coordinate data and contractual obligations, and support the successful delivery of energy services. About the Role:
As Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with third-party suppliers, supporting service delivery across the business.
- Coordinating data and reporting on contractual obligations in the GB Capacity Market.
- Assisting in the delivery and compliance of Balancing Services, ensuring all contracts are well-managed.
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service execution.
The role offers significant autonomy in workload management and the chance to work within a team of experts focused on driving innovation in energy flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender management for Balancing Services providers and responsibility for submission.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with service providers.
- Data analysis, manipulation, and reporting for internal stakeholders, including monthly/quarterly reporting to the board.
- Ensuring compliance with Balancing Services contracts and supply licences.
- Identifying areas for improvement in processes and implementing solutions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Acting as an ambassador for the company, representing the business with professionalism.
The Candidate:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive individual with:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or service coordination role.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, PostgreSQL, and Salesforce (or similar platforms).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex data.
- Confidence when liaising with suppliers and stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Experience in energy flexibility markets or an understanding of energy industry structures.
- Familiarity with sectors such as district heating, utilities, food and drink, and battery storage.
- Technical understanding of flexible generation and load assets.

- Highly reliable, proactive, and focused on delivering results.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to stay calm and organised under pressure, managing competing priorities effectively.
