We are delighted to be supporting Forth Ports Limited as they look to bring in an Internal Communications Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
As one of the UK’s largest port operators, they manage multi-disciplined teams across various locations and therefore need a talented individual to lead their internal communications strategy.
This role would be hybrid from one of their sites (inc Grangemouth, Edinburgh, Fife, Dundee) – accessibility to Grangemouth site would be required.
We’re looking for…
- At least three years’ internal comms experience (exposure to some external comms would be a bonus)
- Proven ability to develop and deliver a clear internal comms strategy
- Experience working for an organisation with multi-disciplined teams across different locations
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
- Some knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent writing skills
- Project management skills
You will be…
- Develop and implement an internal communications strategy
- Manage and enhance our internal communications platforms such as staff intranet, social channels and newsletters
- Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to craft clear, compelling messaging
- Liaising with external consultancy/agency and other external groups
- Working on a number of projects throughout the year
- Working with multiple teams across different locations
