You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive brand awareness through multi-channel marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities.
- Define target audiences, set measurable goals, and create actionable marketing plans.
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including budgeting, timelines, and performance tracking.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop reports and dashboards to present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to maximize campaign reach.

- Support the rollout of successful company events in both the B2B and B2C space.
