£35k base, plus excellent commission structure

Denholm is working exclusively with Gofor Finance in Edinburgh who is looking to recruit a high achieving Sales Manager to drive performance and continue the exciting growth the business is going through.
In the role, you will:
- Managing the income and profitability of the Sales team and ensure that all Company targets are met and exceeded.
- Working closely with the Sales team and their clients to improve retention of existing business and the acquisition of new business.
- Ensuring that your own, and your team’s key performance indicators and business plans are being met and exceeded on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Supporting team members using motivation, inspiring and coaching techniques.
- Communicating and discussing Sales targets and performance levels with members of the team effectively.
- Working with the Managing Director, the Head of Sales and the Head of Marketing to develop strategies for the business and to deliver short- and medium-term business plans and profitability targets.
- Working closely with Marketing to drive ROI.
The experience required to be successful in this position:
- Proven track record of managing both your own time and that of your team.
- Tangible experience of delivering strong sales performance and driving growth.
- Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in writing.
- Competent Presentation and Demonstration Skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office programmes.
- Experience with the following would be advantageous – Salesforce, Pardot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
