They are renowned for going that extra mile to ensure every dram they produce is exceptional and as a result they are looking for an equally exceptional Visitors Executive to join the team in central Edinburgh.
Sitting within the Communications Team, this role is responsible for managing all trade, media and commercial customers visits and events. Delivering unforgettable experiences you will provide their corporate visitors with full itineraries. You will arrange everything from their accommodation, travel and distillery tours, all the while ensuring the company’s hosts are briefed in advance of their upcoming programme. You will also support the internal and corporate communications and be responsible for the day to day departmental administration. Updating of diaries, spreadsheets, raising of purchase orders and attending meetings relating to inbound visits; you’ll know it all!
In terms of technical skills, we’re eager to discuss the role with candidates from an events background with relevant experience in travel, logistics and project management. If you’re a real team player with excellent planning and organisational skills, an outstanding eye for detail and experience working within the luxury industry or internationally across other cultures we would love to hear from you!
