We are working with an established client with a number of offices across Scotland to find a Resourcing Manager. You will handle all recruitment across the business and is a 12 month contract to cover a maternity leave with an quick or immediate start preferred.
The role will be responsible for developing the firms recruitment model and establish recruitment practices as well as supporting the development of their employer brand alongside the marketing team. You will be an in-house specialist providing expertise in resourcing procedures across a diverse range of business functions and work with the HRBPs to understand the current and future resourcing requirements. In addition to direct sourcing, you will manage and negotiate with recruitment agencies and develop close links with other outside sources. You will oversee all recruitment campaigns providing advice and guidance throughout, as well as providing creative ideas for attracting candidates to our business.
You will be able to demonstrate real success as a recruiter, either in-house or in an agency and the experience of designing and using various selection processes from interviews to assessments. Ideally you will have worked with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). You will be a good project manager and be used to managing relationships across a wide range and level of stakeholders. Sector experience is not essential, but an understanding of the Professional Services market would be beneficial.
