Senior Account Manager
Up to £35,000 depending on experience
An international, award-winning business based on the outskirts of Glasgow, is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage existing client accounts in order to maximise sales and drive business forward in their market.
In this newly created role, you will be also have management of a small team of Account Managers.

Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be tasked with:
· Drives growth and new business across multiple client accounts to maximize sales revenue
· Generates opportunities and demonstrates ability to add value through on going client support
· Understand and research client requirements and assist in contract negotiations
· Focuses on client requirements using a strong understanding of our products, processes and capabilities to propose suitable products or solutions.
· Provides ongoing relationship management to existing clients to help them realize their full potential
· Develops and nurtures relationships, both internally and externally, to ensure client briefs are met effectively.
· Project manages new product development processes and timelines. This involves definition of customer needs, internal co-ordination and liaison with suppliers
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in developing new business, forecasting, planning and retaining a portfolio of clients.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with a flair for eye-catching presentation of information
- Experience of implementing or working with a CRM or project management software would be highly advantageous
- Solves problems and discovers new opportunities by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking
