Now, we’re looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to help grow our technology recruitment business. You’ll have the opportunity to work across both permanent and contract markets, with an existing client base to tap into and the freedom to develop your own business within a highly respected consultancy.
What you’ll do…
- Lead the full 360 recruitment process – from business development to candidate placement, building lasting relationships along the way
- Partner with clients to understand their challenges and provide consultative recruitment solutions
- Use your expertise to source top tech talent across Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, Project Management, and more
- Leverage our marketing team and top-tier tech stack to create standout attraction campaigns
- Play an active role in shaping the future of our IT recruitment division
What we’re looking for in a recruiter…
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally across Financial Services, Banking, FMCG, FinTech, or Technology sectors
- A solutions-focused approach, with the ability to consult, advise, and build strategic relationships
- A proven track record in business development and client management
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with a natural ability to engage and influence
- A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
